About the trade show

ISS GUT! 2027 is a trade fair for hospitality and the food trades, taking place in Leipzig from 14 to 16 November 2027. It covers the out-of-home market in the eastern German states. Exhibitors present kitchen technology, furnishings and equipment as well as food and beverages, including convenience and frozen products. Further topics are fruit and vegetable carving and table decoration; regional producers show their products in a dedicated market place.

The fair is aimed at trade visitors from restaurants, hotels and catering as well as bakeries and butcher shops. In 2025 it counted 155 exhibitors and 7,865 visitors, in 2023 there were 145 exhibitors and 7,255 visitors. The organiser is Leipziger Messe GmbH. ISS GUT! was founded in 2015 and takes place every two years.
