About the trade show
Cook'n'pro 2026 is a trade fair for gastronomy, hospitality and the food trades, taking place at Palexpo in Geneva from 6 to 9 November 2026. It is part of the Automnales and runs in parallel with Cook'n'show. The Trophées du Cook'n'pro honour regional talent from the food trades. Live Cooking shows how work is done in a professional kitchen.
The fair is aimed at chefs, restaurateurs, hoteliers and professionals from bakeries, butcher shops and other food trades in French-speaking Switzerland. The 2026 edition is the second Cook'n'pro. Visitors register online in advance.
