About the trade show
GastRo 2026 is a trade fair for restaurants, hotels and institutional catering, taking place in Rostock on 16 and 17 November 2026. Exhibitors present commercial kitchen equipment, commercial refrigeration and freezing equipment, cooking appliances, confectionery equipment, ice cream machines and POS systems as well as furnishings for cafés, restaurants and hotels. Food and beverages such as frozen food, bakery products, meat products, coffee and wine, plus workwear, complete the range.
The fair is aimed at trade visitors from hotels, restaurants, catering and institutional catering in north-eastern Germany. Competitions and talks complement the exhibition. The organiser is inRostock GmbH. GastRo was founded in 1989 and takes place every year.
