About the trade show
Alles für den Gast 2026 is a trade fair for the hospitality and catering industry, taking place in Salzburg from 7 to 10 November 2026. Exhibitors show kitchen technology, coffee machines, pizza and pasta equipment, snack and bistro equipment as well as refrigeration and cooling technology. Buffet and bar equipment, beer dispensing systems, hot beverages and beer are also on show. For running a business there is hotel software, cash register and reservation systems, merchandise management systems and hotel locking systems.
The fair is aimed at trade visitors from restaurants, hotels and catering. In 2025 it counted 719 exhibitors and 36,000 visitors. The organiser is Messezentrum Salzburg GmbH. Alles für den Gast was founded in 1969 and takes place every year.
