About the trade show
SÜFFA 2026 is a trade fair for the butchery trade, taking place at Messe Stuttgart from 7 to 9 November 2026. It shows the range for butcher shops and meat businesses: stunning and scalding systems, equipment for processing slaughter by-products, casings, spices and flavourings, dosing technology, commercial kitchen technology, shop fitting, work hygiene and delicatessen. Quality and performance competitions, talks and networking events complement the exhibition.
The fair is aimed at small and medium-sized companies of the butchery trade and the meat industry from Germany and neighbouring countries. In 2024 it counted 225 exhibitors and 6,010 visitors. The organiser is Landesmesse Stuttgart GmbH & Co. KG. SÜFFA was founded in 1984 and takes place every year in Stuttgart.
