Tiroler Hausbau & Energie Messe Innsbruck 2027 is a trade and consumer fair for building, renovation and energy, taking place in Innsbruck from 29 to 31 January 2027. On show are prefabricated houses, facades and insulation, roof systems, windows and doors, heat pumps, heating, ventilation and air conditioning as well as smart home technology. Stoves and fireplaces, floors and tiles, sanitary, stairs, garages, sun protection and wellness complete the range.
The fair is aimed at home builders, renovators and property buyers as well as trade visitors. Besides products, it offers advice on planning and financing. In 2026 it counted 170 exhibitors and 8,000 visitors. The organiser is Congress und Messe Innsbruck GmbH. The fair was founded in 2013 and takes place every year.
