Sylt Gastro Messe 2027 is a trade fair for the hotel and catering trade, taking place on Sylt on 15 and 16 February 2027. Regional producers, retailers and service providers present products made on the island and new offers for restaurants and hotels, from regional specialities to technology for daily operation. Seminars and panel discussions accompany the exhibition.
