SACHSENBACK 2028 is a trade fair for bakery and confectionery, taking place in Dresden from 6 to 8 May 2028. On show are baking ovens, bakery and confectionery machines, baking agents, refrigeration technology and shop and café fittings. Cash register systems, labelling machines, confectionery, workwear, baked goods and packaging material complete the range. The programme includes demonstrations and competitions.

The fair is aimed at trade visitors from the bakery and confectionery trade in central and eastern Germany. In 2026 it counted 195 exhibitors and 6,765 visitors, in 2024 205 exhibitors and 6,910 visitors. The organiser is Landesmesse Stuttgart GmbH & Co. KG. SACHSENBACK was founded in 1990.
