About the trade show
Nord Gastro & Hotel 2027 is a trade and order fair for gastronomy, hotels and catering, taking place in Husum from 8 to 9 February 2027. Exhibitors present cash register and billing systems, merchandise management and staff software, self check-in, hot beverages, dispensing systems, convenience and regional products, ice cream, workwear as well as cleaning machines and products.
The fair is aimed at trade visitors from all areas of gastronomy and the hotel industry. In 2026 it counted 260 exhibitors and 4,700 visitors; in 2025 there were 275 exhibitors and 4,510 visitors. The organiser is Messe Husum & Congress GmbH & Co. KG. The fair started in Tönning in 1994 and has taken place every year in Husum since 2000.
