About the trade show

INTERGASTRA 2028 is a trade fair for the hospitality and catering industry, taking place in Stuttgart from 12 to 16 February 2028. On show are kitchen technology and cook & chill, coffee machines and grinders, hot drinks, frozen products, convenience and to-go concepts as well as tableware. Point-of-sale and billing systems, merchandise management, staff planning, digital marketing, fermented drinks and coffee growing complete the range. GELATISSIMO takes place at the same time.

The fair is aimed at trade visitors from restaurants, hotels and contract catering. In 2026 it counted 1,255 exhibitors and 80,770 visitors. The organiser is Landesmesse Stuttgart GmbH & Co. KG. INTERGASTRA was founded in 1967 and takes place every two years.
