GASTRO IVENT 2028 is a trade fair for gastronomy, hotels, catering and trade, taking place in Bremen from 27 to 29 February 2028. Exhibitors present convenience products, premium food, regional and artisan raw materials as well as kitchen technology and equipment. The fair runs in parallel with fish international, the trade fair for fish and seafood.
The fair is aimed at operators of restaurants and hotels, catering companies, institutional caterers and chefs. In 2024 it counted 250 exhibitors and 13,729 visitors. The organiser is M3B GmbH. GASTRO IVENT was founded in 2014 and takes place every two years.
