Gastia 2027 is a trade fair for hospitality and catering, taking place in St. Gallen from 21 to 23 March 2027. In the exhibition, suppliers present bar and buffet equipment, bedding, catering, convenience and frozen products, bakery goods, confectionery, fish and seafood, beer, diet products, disposables, table paper, napkins and event infrastructure, among other things.
