About the trade show
fish international & GASTRO IVENT 2028 is a trade fair for fish and seafood with the parallel gastronomy fair GASTRO IVENT, taking place in Bremen from 27 to 29 February 2028. On show are fish, crustaceans and shellfish, seafood, fish specialities, frozen food and canned food. Technology for fish processing and aquaculture, refrigeration, packaging machines as well as restaurant equipment and kitchen appliances complete the range.
The fair is aimed at fish wholesalers and retailers, importers and exporters, fish processors, caterers and gastronomy professionals. In 2026 it counted 270 exhibitors and 12,155 visitors; in 2024 there were 545 exhibitors and 13,665 visitors. The organiser is M3B GmbH. fish international was founded in 1988 and takes place every two years.
