Swissbau 2028 is a trade fair for the construction and real estate sector and takes place in Basel from 18 to 21 January 2028. The range covers shell construction, building envelope, interior finishing, building services with heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitation, windows and doors, building materials, electrical engineering and building automation. Further topics are building culture, interior architecture, urban planning, digitalisation, circular economy and energy. Conferences complement the exhibition.

The fair is aimed at professionals from architecture, planning, engineering, construction, real estate and industry. In 2026 it counted 592 exhibitors and 48,432 visitors. The organiser is MCH Group AG. Swissbau was founded in 1974 and takes place every two years.
