About the trade show

GenussGipfel 2027 is a trade fair for fine food and delicacies, taking place in Hamburg on 10 and 11 January 2027 alongside the consumer goods fair Nordstil. Producers, importers and manufacturers present meat and sausage products, cheese and dairy products, spice blends, Mediterranean spreads, olives, tea and coffee specialities, confectionery, vinegar and nuts. Wine and spirits complete the range.

The fair is aimed at trade visitors from retail, concept stores, specialist wine shops, the hospitality industry and food retail who want to add fine food to their product range. GenussGipfel complements the Nordstil area Küche & Genuss (kitchen and fine food). The organiser is Messe Frankfurt GmbH. The fair takes place every year.
