About the trade show

BIOFACH 2027 is an international trade fair for organic food, taking place in Nuremberg from 16 to 19 February 2027. On show are organic food and beverages, natural cosmetics, organic non-food products and full organic ranges. The food on display must be certified under the EU organic regulation or the IFOAM standards. Focus topics are the transformation of food systems and the advancement of organic agriculture.

The fair is aimed at trade visitors from the production, retail and purchasing of organic products. In 2026 it counted 2,150 exhibitors and 31,914 visitors. The organiser is NürnbergMesse GmbH. BIOFACH was founded in 1990 and takes place every year.
