About the trade show
Swiss Medtech Expo 2027 is a trade fair for medical technology, taking place at Messe Luzern in Lucerne on 14 and 15 September 2027. Medical technology companies and their suppliers present products and services in smart design and engineering, intelligent and additive manufacturing, materials, surfaces and coatings, and hygiene. The fair is organised together with the industry association Swiss Medtech, which acts as its patron.
Admission is for trade visitors only, mainly decision-makers from the medical technology industry. In 2025 it counted 205 exhibitors and 3,800 visitors. The organiser is Messe Luzern AG. Swiss Medtech Expo was founded in 2015 and takes place every two years in Lucerne.
