About the trade show
COMPAMED 2026 is an international trade fair for the supplier industry of medical technology, taking place in Düsseldorf from 16 to 19 November 2026. The focus is on components, modules and systems, materials and functional materials, micro- and nanotechnology and surface technologies. Further topics include highly automated production, secure connectivity, cyber security, obsolescence management, the MDR as well as market regulation and supply chains.
The fair is aimed at trade visitors from product development and the manufacture of medical devices. It takes place every year at the same time as MEDICA. In 2025 it counted 750 exhibitors. The organiser is Messe Düsseldorf GmbH.
