About the trade show

Schweisstec 2027 is an international trade fair for joining technology, taking place in Stuttgart from 26 to 29 October 2027. Exhibitors present mechanical and thermal joining and connecting processes as well as thermal cutting and welding processes. The range covers equipment, machines and robotics, tools, materials and operating supplies, together with laser technology and lightweight construction.

The fair is aimed at trade visitors from the production of sheet metal, profile and tube parts. Since 2005 it has been held together with Blechexpo, the trade fair for sheet metal working. In 2025 it counted 1,190 exhibitors and 40,072 visitors. The organiser is P. E. Schall GmbH & Co. KG. Schweisstec was founded in 1990 and takes place every two years.
