About the trade show

Moulding Expo 2027 is a trade fair for the toolmaking, pattern making and mould making industry, taking place at Messe Stuttgart on 11 and 12 May 2027. The focus is on small and medium-sized companies that build customer-specific tools: injection moulds, die-casting and foundry tools, forming, cutting and stamping tools, progressive and multi-component tools, extrusion tools and foam moulds. Gauge and fixture construction, test gauges, rapid prototyping and rapid tooling, standard parts and clamping devices complete the range.

The fair is open only to industrial trade visitors who use or buy tools, patterns and moulds. In 2025 it counted 205 exhibitors and 3,290 visitors. The organiser is Landesmesse Stuttgart GmbH & Co. KG. Moulding Expo was founded in 2015 and takes place every two years.
