About the trade show
MILCHWERK 2027 is a trade fair for dairy processing and suppliers in the Alpine region, taking place in Dornbirn from 6 to 7 October 2027. The range covers process technology with separators, homogenisers, pasteurisers and heat exchangers, cheesemaking equipment with cheese vats, curd harps, brine and ripening technology as well as filling, packaging, hygiene, laboratory equipment and cultures.
The fair is aimed at professionals and managers from production, engineering and purchasing in industrial and cooperative dairies, alpine cheese dairies and speciality producers. It addresses companies from Austria, southern Germany, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, northern Italy and eastern France. A stage for expert talks accompanies the exhibition. The organiser is Messeladen GmbH. MILCHWERK takes place every year.
