About the trade show

ITMA 2027 is an international trade fair for textile and garment technology and takes place in Hanover from 16 to 22 September 2027. On show are machinery and processes along the textile value chain, from fibres, yarns and fabrics through spinning and winding to garment making. Further topics are composites, conductive yarns, smart fabrics, textile recycling as well as automation, digitalisation and AI-powered production.

The fair is aimed at trade visitors from the textile and garment industry, including manufacturers, designers and engineers. In 2023 it counted 1,570 exhibitors and 111,000 visitors. The organiser is ITMA Services Pte Ltd. ITMA was founded in 1951 and takes place every four years.
