About the trade show

Intec 2027 is an international trade fair covering machine tools, production and automation technology, taking place in Leipzig from 2 to 5 March 2027. On show are cutting, forming and erosive machine tools, robotics, metrology and quality assurance, laser systems and additive manufacturing. Welding and cutting technology, surface and thermal process technology, fluid technology, compressed air, precision tools and tool and mould making complete the range.

The fair is aimed at trade visitors and decision-makers from metalworking, mechanical engineering and the supply industry. In 2025 it counted 520 exhibitors and 13,535 visitors. The organiser is Leipziger Messe GmbH. Intec was founded in 1998 and takes place every two years.
