About the trade show
Future of Festivals 2026 is a trade fair for the festival and event industry, taking place at STATION-Berlin on 25 and 26 November 2026. Exhibitors present products and services for planning and running festivals, including stage technology, safety solutions, ticketing systems and technology for recording visitor numbers. Topics include sponsoring, brand management, CRM, data strategies and community building. Workshops, seminars and the presentation of the Future of Festivals Awards complement the exhibition.
The fair is aimed at festival organisers, service providers, associations, decision-makers and trainees in the industry. In 2025 it counted 250 exhibitors and 5,000 visitors. The organiser is Future of Festivals GmbH. Future of Festivals was founded in 2021 and takes place every year in Berlin.
