About the trade show
Fi Europe 2026 is a trade fair for food ingredients, taking place in Frankfurt am Main from 17 to 19 November 2026. Topics include alternative ingredients and proteins, plant-based proteins, functional food and beverages, reformulation, weight management, dietary supplements as well as infant and baby food. Bakery, confectionery, dairy, pet food and nutrition, AI in food and supply chain resilience complete the range.
The fair is aimed at trade visitors from the food and beverage industry. In 2025 it counted 1,650 exhibitors and 27,000 visitors. The organiser is Informa PLC. Fi Europe takes place every year.
