About the trade show

electro-tec 2027 is a national trade fair of the Swiss electrical installation sector, taking place in Bern from 2 to 3 June 2027. Exhibitors present photovoltaics and inverters, e-mobility and load management, storage systems, building automation and smart home. Switchgear and distribution systems, cables, busbars and cable management systems, lighting technology, measuring and testing technology, network technology, installation material, industry software and vehicle fit-outs complete the range.

The fair is aimed at electricians, electrical planners, lighting planners, building technicians as well as vocational schools. A seminar programme covers current industry topics. In 2025 it counted 130 exhibitors and 2,000 visitors. The organiser is Schweizerische Elektro-Einkaufs-Vereinigung eev Genossenschaft. electro-tec was founded in 2004 and takes place every two years.
