About the trade show

Blechexpo 2027 is an international trade fair for sheet metal working, taking place in Stuttgart from 26 to 29 October 2027. It covers the process chain of cold-forming sheet metal working, including cutting, joining and connecting processes. On show are sheet metal, tube and profile processing, punching technologies, laser technology, micro water jet cutting, separation technologies, plant peripherals, lightweight construction and surface finishing.

The fair is aimed at trade visitors from companies that process sheet metal, tubes and profiles. It is held together with Schweisstec, the trade fair for joining technology. In 2025 it counted 40,072 visitors. The organiser is P. E. Schall GmbH & Co. KG. Blechexpo was founded in 1994 under the name Südblech, has been called Blechexpo since 2005 and takes place every two years.
