About the trade show

BioSüd 2027 is a one-day trade fair for the organic retail trade, taking place in Augsburg on 26 September 2027. On show are organic food and natural cosmetics, including baked goods, cheese and coffee specialities, dairy products, muesli, nuts, honey, spices, herbs and spreads. Macrobiotic products, rice cakes, food supplements and natural remedies complete the range.

The fair is aimed at trade visitors from natural food shops, health food stores, organic supermarkets, food service and catering, with a focus on southern Germany. In 2024 it counted 3,180 visitors; in 2023 there were 369 exhibitors. The organiser is Matthias Deppe und Wolfram Müller OHG. BioSüd was founded in 2009 and takes place yearly.
