Anuga 2027 is an international trade fair for food and beverages, taking place in Cologne from 9 to 13 October 2027. On show are meat, sausage, game and poultry, frozen food and ice cream, bread and bakery products, hot beverages, organic products, delicatessen and dairy. Further topics include alternative and plant-based proteins, clean label, convenience and snacking, halal and kosher food and private labels.

The fair is aimed at trade visitors from retail, food service and the out-of-home market. In 2025 it counted 8,105 exhibitors and 143,430 visitors. The organiser is Koelnmesse GmbH; Anuga takes place every two years.
