Anuga FoodTec 2027 is an international trade fair for suppliers to the food and beverage industry, taking place in Cologne from 23 to 26 February 2027. On show are technology and solutions for filling, labelling and packaging, intralogistics, hygiene control and raw material management. Further topics are digital production control, robotics, artificial intelligence, cyber security and pet food production.
The fair is aimed at trade visitors from production, engineering and management in the food and beverage industry. In 2024 it counted 1,295 exhibitors and 38,220 visitors. The organiser is Koelnmesse GmbH. Anuga FoodTec was founded in 1996 and takes place every three years.
