About the trade show

SHOWTECH 2027 is an international trade fair for theatre and event technology, taking place in Berlin from 1 to 3 June 2027. Topics include sustainable theatre architecture, energy-efficient stage operation and digital event technology such as virtual reality, augmented reality and automation. Occupational safety, ergonomic workplaces and training standards in theatre technology are also on the agenda. Exhibition and congress are clearly separated.

SHOWTECH is open to trade visitors from culture, media and technology only. In 2025 it counted 7,200 visitors. The organiser is DTHG Service GmbH. The fair takes place every two years.
