About the trade show
MEET@RUHR 2027 is a trade fair for the real estate industry, taking place in Herne on 26 January 2027. It covers commercial, office, industrial, logistics and hotel properties as well as project, district and site development. Further topics are property management, asset management, facility management and digital real estate.
Talks and information forums deal with real estate financing, structuring, transaction advisory and project development, among other topics. The fair is aimed at trade visitors and exhibitors from the real estate industry of the Ruhr region, North Rhine-Westphalia and the neighbouring Benelux countries. It is the successor of the Immobilienkonferenz-Ruhr. The organiser is STONY Real Estate Capital GmbH & Co. KG. MEET@RUHR was founded in 2022 and takes place every year.
