About the trade show
Kommunalmesse 2027 is a trade fair for municipalities and municipal technology, taking place in Graz from 30 June to 1 July 2027. On show are solutions for winter road maintenance, waste management and recycling, municipal lighting, road construction and maintenance, water supply and sewer technology, and disaster and flood protection. Further topics are traffic technology, broadband infrastructure, vehicle fleets, parking management, green spaces, cleaning technology, outdoor furniture and signage.
The fair is aimed at decision-makers from Austrian municipalities; besides the exhibition stands there are live vehicle demonstrations and talks. In 2026 it counted 200 exhibitors. The organiser is Österreichischer Kommunal-Verlag GmbH. Kommunalmesse has been held every year since 1985, each year in a different Austrian state.
