About the trade show

ILA Berlin 2028 is an international trade and consumer fair for aerospace, taking place in Schönefeld near Berlin from 17 to 21 May 2028. Topics include next-generation aircraft, sustainable propulsion and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), clean aviation, space, unmanned systems and drones, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) as well as defence. The International Suppliers Center offers suppliers a dedicated platform.

The fair is aimed at decision-makers from industry, politics, the armed forces and research and is also open to aviation enthusiasts. A congress programme and the ILA CareerCenter complement the exhibition. In 2026 it counted 770 exhibitors and 112,500 visitors. The organiser is Messe Berlin GmbH. ILA was founded in Frankfurt am Main in 1909 and takes place every two years.
